At Luxury Hair Extensions By Mary we are committed to providing you nothing but the best customer service possible! Please allow all orders made at least 5 to 7 business days to process, and shipping usually takes 3-4 business days to deliver locally and 5-7 days out of state/country. We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. No shipping on weekends and holidays. Due to the holidays, shipping could be delayed a little over the normal shipping time as stated above. Please be patient with us we will get orders out as quickly as possible. Be on the lookout for your tracking # in your email once your order has been shipped. 


Once you make your purchase online if you have any changes you need to make then contact me ASAP, so I can change your order. I need a quick response, so I won't have already sent your order out. To avoid this from happening please check over your order before making your purchase at the checkout. Once you receive your order you can not make any changes. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
